It is NOT a “guideline” or a template for a plan; it is not a cookie-cutter approach. This Plan IS 99% complete, fully functional, with all the work done for you by experts in the field of crisis management and as applicable to the education world.
It covers 38 crises, not just “Weapons, Crimes and Violence”, “National and Local Terrorism”, and “Pandemic”— the “hot” topics in today’s headlines. It includes the federally mandated NIMS and ICS responses. It includes templates for filling in personnel names, emergency numbers, etc. Sections 4 thru 8 include suggested workbook sheets for individualizing the Plan to your district, such as adding building floorPlans.

In addition to the standard red notebook version of the Plan, you may want to consider the standard CD. With the CD, you may customize in-house any text within the Plan. Print and insert the customized pages into the red notebooks.
It would be very easy for you to update your Plan with personnel name changes, new phone numbers, and other textual changes that may arise in future years, thus keeping the Plan as a “living document”.

- 1. As aforementioned, the Plan may be customized in-house with purchase of the CD.

Let us do all the work for you and deliver a user-friendly product complete with your school name and logo on the cover and throughout, and with your own SOPs.
You would then have a customized and polished red notebook, CD, or flipchart -- suitable specifically to your district and to your school buildings.
There is an additional fee for customizing based upon the extent of the desired customizations.
